Steenbergs Organic Mediterranean Herby Rub was created for a vibrant, floral rub that’s versatile enough to work as a dry marinade for vegetables, chicken, fish and red meats. It’s made up of heady lavender and fresh flavoured thyme, mixed with cracked black pepper and garlic powder. Basically, all the classic flavours of Mediterranean cookery in one handy rub.

Liberally sprinkle Mediterranean Herby Rub over chopped vegetables (courgettes, aubergines, red peppers, tomatoes) in a baking tray for roasted vegetables. Alternatively rub onto a salmon steak or chicken and leave to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge before cooking.
