Steenbergs Organic Perfect Poultry Spice Rub is a premium organic spice blend. It is one of Steenbergs’ authentic spice blends that only uses natural ingredients.

Steenbergs Organic Perfect Poultry Spice Rub is the ideal accompaniment to almost all chicken dishes, as well as turkey, which is ideal as a basic barbecue rub that also works wonderfully with roasting and grilling.

Perfect Poultry has been created with a flavoursome sweet and salty base. We then add the warmth of paprika, chilli, black pepper and mustard with the freshness of lemon peel. delicious.

How to use: Liberally sprinkle over chicken and rub in, leave for at least an hour before frying, grilling or barbecuing. Why not add a drop of rum or whisky to moisten the rub and create an extra dimension of flavour?

Like all Steenbergs spice blends and seasonings it is blended in North Yorkshire at the Steenbergs spice factory.
