Use Tropical Wholefoods dried shiitake mushrooms in sauces stir fries, stews, soups and stroganoffs. Fantastic just rehydrate in 20 minutes. Once soaked they reconstitute to 5 times their own weight. Dried mushrooms should be cooked thoroughly before eating.
