Italian organic spelt pasta – penne shaped – from Monograno Felicetti, supplied to us by the Italian specialists Seggiano.

The four elements that make the Monograno Felicetti pasta great are:

Why spelt? Spelt (Triticum dicoccum) is an ancient cereal packed with nutrients like vitamin A, B, C, E mineral salt and fibre (5g per 100g). Spelt has special amino acids and proteins and is rich in protein and is easy to digest.

This Italian organic spelt pasta is the culmination of a long effort to create the perfect combination of very different factors. Production is limited.
