Biona Organic Wild Rice Mix

Biona’s organic wild rice mix is a combination of Italian red rice from Piedmont, long grain brown rice and wild rice.  This organic wild rice mix adds an exotic flavour to your favourite dishes.

Instructions (for 2 portions): Place 125g of wild rice mix and 250ml water in a saucepan. Bring to boil, cover with lid and reduce heat. Simmer for approx. 30 -35 minutes.
