Odysea Pomegranate Molasses

Odysea Pomegranate molasses is a wonderful all purpose natural sweet and sour condiment with intense flavour and a great ruby red colour.

Pomegranate molasses is a key ingredient in many Arabic dishes and can be used as a marinade for kebabs, a lemon substitute or even to make salad dressing.

Made by slowly reducing pomegranate juice, with no additives.

Fact about this molasses: It takes approx. 340g of pure pomegranate juice reduction to make a 250ml bottle of Odysea molasses.

How to use pomegranate molasses?

Whisk into marinades or dressings, brush over meat or poultry as a glaze, or drizzle over roast vegetables, fruit or yoghurt. Try mixing with oil instead of lemon juice as a dressing. Get creative with cocktails: use it as cordial or try mixing just a few drops with prosecco for a pomegranate fizz. Or try on roasted nut and vegetable dips.
