Billingtons dark muscovado sugar has the rich aroma and flavour that you expect from this delicious sugar. Ideal for chocolate based recipes, brownies, fudge and fruit cake, it's also delicious on the top of porridge or on top of puddings such as a layer of peaches, a layer of yoghurt and cream, and a layer of muscovado sugar on top. Leave for at least half an hour to achieve the desired effect. On a savoury level it adds a depth of flavour to marinades.
Made in Mauritius from natural unrefined cane sugar.
