Simply add to a bottle of lightly flavoured gin in the order suggested, then filter and rebottle. You will then have your very own honey-coloured gin to enjoy. Impress yourself and your friends with this great gift or serve it in the summer.
How to make Gin Summer Cup: Open a 750ml bottle lightly flavoured gin and add the Spice Botanicals. Reseal, shake the bottle and leave in a cool place to infuse for 12 hours.
Reopen the bottle, and add the herb Botanicals. Reseal, shake the bottle, and leave in a cool place to infuse for another 12 hours.
Add the tea Botanicals, shake and leave to infuse for 12 hours.
Take a large mixing bowl or jug and strain the unfiltered gin into this using a kitchen sieve. Discard the botanicals. Now place a muslin square over the sieve and refilter the gin to remove the remaining botanicals. You should now have a honey-coloured gin. Pour into a bottle and seal.
To make Gin Summer Cup (enough for 4): In a large jug, mix 100ml each of Summer Gin, Red vermouth and Triple Sec. Add 225ml clear sparkling lemonade. Stir in generous amounts of ice. Garnish with strawberries, sliced cucumber and sprigs of mint.
Ingredients: black tea, cinnamon, orange peel, allspice, lemon verbena, lemon peel, mace, rosehip, lavender, apple, elderflower, nettle, bay, other herbs and spices.
Blended, sewn and packed in the UK.
Store in a cool dry place.

This makes a gorgeous refreshing summer drink. Making the summer gin is easy as long as you give yourself enough time. The next key ingredient is lemonade which is tricky to get a good one with no sweetener aftertaste, but it still needs to be sweet rather than tart.
