Steenbergs organic Stollen Spice Mix is a Steenberg family recipe of Christmas spices for flavouring homemade, enriched Stollen bread every Christmas.

Stollen Spice Mix is full of the sweet spice smells of organic allspice and organic nutmeg and organic cinnamon with the Christmas eucalyptus like aromas of clove spice.

Just add 1 teaspoon per loaf, so there’s enough in a jar for about 7 loaves. Steenbergs organic stollen spice is blended at Steenbergs dedicated eco-spice factory in North Yorkshire in England.
