Ingredients

Tomato And Garlic Confit
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • a handful peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Steenbergs organic perfect salt
  • 1/2 tsp traditional sea salt
Spicy Garlic Confit
  • 1 tsp Steenbergs Aleppo chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Steenbergs organic cracked black pepper
  • a handful peeled garlic cloves
Golden Garlic Confit
  • 1/4 tsp Steenbergs organic ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp traditional sea salt
  • a handful peeled garlic cloves

Method

Place the peeled garlic cloves in an appropriately sized heatproof pot with a lid, add the seasonings and cover with olive oil.

Place the lid on the pot and air fry for 25 mins at 180°C.
