Oatmeal Bread Recipe
Honey sweetened oaty bread, no refined sugar. Recipe for bread machine.
Ingredients
| 1¼tsp | yeast |
| 300g | organic strong white bread flour |
| 100g | medium oatmeal |
| 75g | strong wholemeal |
| 1tsp | Steenbergs organic natural sea salt |
| 3tbsp | honey |
| 150ml | natural yoghurt |
| 25g | organic butter |
| 200ml | water |
Method
- Put the ingredients into the bread machine in the order above. Set bread machine to basic programme with a light crust. Press start.
- Just before baking (if you remember), brush the top of the dough with water and sprinkle with some extra oatmeal. When baked, take bread from the machine and cool on a wire rack.
