Spiced Tea Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 tbsp | organic black tea - either organic Assam tea or China |
| 1250ml | freshly drawn water |
| 2tbsp | muscovado sugar, or other brown sugar |
| 1 pinch | organic cloves powder |
| 1 pinch | organic cinnamon powder |
| 1tbsp | organic vanilla powder |
| 8 | organic star anise |
| 1tbsp | orange flowers |
Method

Add organic sugar and organic spices to pan, then add water and bring to the boil. Add the organic tea leaves, stir and allow to brew for 15 minutes into a very strong organic tea.

Strain the organic tea and leave to get absolutely cold. When the organic tea is cold, put loads of ice into a glass jug and pour over the cold organic tea. Serve in long glasses with ice.
