Old Hamlet's Festive Gluhwein Spices in a Red Drawstring Bag for Austrian or German style hot spiced wine drinks. Each red drawstring bag contains 4 hand-tied muslin spice bundles, enough for 4 bottles of Gluhwein or Glogg. Old Hamlet's Gluhwein spice bundles are handmade in the UK to its own authentic recipe created in the mid-1990s. The drawstring bags are sewn in the UK, and can be used afterwards to keep your precious keepsakes and jewellery - a timeless classic. Perfect for gifts, stocking fillers or simply to enjoy yourself.
Ingredients: cinnamon, orange peel, lemon peel, allspice, clove
Directions: Pour one bottle of red wine into a saucepan. Add two tablespoons of sugar and one Gluhwein spice bundle and heat gently, stirring occasionally. When nearly boiling, remove from the heat and allow to stand for ten minutes. Reheat and serve hot. Do not let the Gluhwein mixture boil.
Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
