Lemon verbena is a lovely refreshing herbal tea that is ideal for those on a detox or those who want a lighter, caffeine free tea in the afternoon and evening.
Brewing tip to make French-style verveine tea: Brew with 1 teaspoon of organic lemon verbena leaf per 2-cup pot (2.5g per 180ml water). Add boiling water, infuse for 4 minutes. Do not add milk.
