200g | butter, softened plus extra for greasing (can use Vegan block for dairy free plant -based diets) |
150g | coconut sugar |
2 | large egg yolks |
400g | plain flour plus extra for dusting |
1 level tsp | organic mixed spice |
1 level tsp | ground cinnamon |
2-4 tbsp | milk, dairy or plant Based |
1-2 tsp | lemon juice |
250g | icing sugar |
