Ingredients

1kg

pumpkin/crown prince squash

2 tbsp

pumpkin spice syrup (see link in intro)

2 tbsp

toasted sesame seeds

3 tbsp

light tahini

a small handful

walnuts, crushed

1/2 tsp

cinnamon powder

2 tbsp

maple syrup

Method

Peel and chop your pumpkin/squash into bite sized pieces and place in a deep pan.
Drizzle over your pumpkin spice syrup and maple syrup, cinnamon powder and a splash of water and turn the heat on a medium low flame, cook your pumpkin or squash for 10 minutes or until fork tender.
Serve right away with a drizzle of tahini, your roasted sesame seeds and crushed walnuts. Afiyet olsun!
