Chilli Vodka Recipe
Adding your own twist to vodka and gin has become very popular and this is a great way to make vodka your way.
Ingredients
| 700ml | vodka |
| 3- 10 | organic Bird's eye chillis |
| 2 - 3tbsp | sugar |
Method
- Pour yourself a vodka and tonic once there's some space in the bottle. Add the chillies to your taste and the sugar and reseal the bottle.
- Leave for at least 3 days, then I remove the chillis and keep in freezer.
- Drink on its own, with tonic water or make a wicked Chilli Bloody Mary.
