150g | cooked chicken, cut into thin strips |
150g | cooked, peeled prawns |
2 | cloves garlic, smashed and finely chopped |
2 | shallots, peeled and thinly sliced |
3tbsp | sunflower oil, to which 5 drops of sesame oil have been added |
1 | green chilli, very thinly slicedDressing: |
4tbsp | dry roast peanuts, crushed in pestle & mortar |
2tbsp | fresh lime juice |
1 tsp | organic cane sugar |
2tbsp | fresh coriander leaves, chopped |
