2 | onions finely sliced |
2 cloves of garlic or 1 teaspoon | dried garlic |
2 | strips orange peel or orange powder would be fine |
4 | carrots peeled and chopped |
125g/ 4 oz /½ cup | button mushrooms, halved |
2 | organic bay leaves |
500ml/ 2 cups | red wine, beer or stock |
