Wonderful fresh salad from Gourmet Glow featuring peas, sugar snap peas and chestnuts.
Ingredients
| 1 cup | frozen peas, defrosted |
| 100g | sugar snap peas |
| 1 | shallot, finely chopped |
| 1 pack | vacuum packed chestnuts |
| 2 tbsp | extra virgin oil |
| 1 tbsp | butter |
| 1 tsp | organic perfect salt |
Method
- Heat the Olive oil in a Pan and saute the shallot until soft.
- Add the sugar snaps and cook until glossy but with some bite.
- Add the Peas, Chestnuts & Butter and heat through.
- Season with Perfect salt, adjust if needed.
- Serve when hot.
