Old Hamlet Range of spice bundles with no sugar or Hot Sweet Cider Drinks. For ideas of how to use these spices there is a recipe on the cube box or head to Spices for mulled apple juice or Old Hamlet's recipes blended and packed in the UK.
A great party gift or seasonal gift for those who do not drink alcohol, or for Halloween, Bonfire Night or Thanksgiving parties, great for any outside event when it gets a bit colder temperature - please always drink responsibly.
Ingredients: Cinnamon, Allspice, Lemon Peel, Cloves.
Directions: Pour one 1 litre bottle of cider into a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 Spiced Cider spice bundle. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. When nearly boiling, remove from the heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Reheat. Do not let boil, but serve hot. For special occasions, add some slices of apple or lemon.
For spiced apple juice, follow the recipe as above, replacing Apple Juice for Cider.
Store in a cool, dry place
