At Steenbergs, we have blended this fresh tasting blend of organic green tea together with vibrancy of lemon verbena and ginger root, with the sweet flavours of organic cardamom pieces, organic cinnamon bits and some organic clove pieces. This blend started out when I tried to create an alternative chai tea to our organic Fairtrade Green Chai Tea and morphed into this fresher, all day tea that has a pick-me-up in the ginger flavours.

This is one of my favourite teas without milk. It's great as a pick me up with the ginger and refreshing, so I never seem to have too much of it. Because of the different flavours it's very warming - great anytime of day. Instructions: into a warmed teapot, put in 1teaspoon of Green Tea With Lemon Verbena And Ginger per cup. Bring fresh water to the boil and pour over the Green Tea With Lemon Verbena And Ginger. Steep for 3 minutes, then add sugar or honey to taste, then relax and enjoy.
