Suma's organic dried apricots come from Turkey and if you haven't had unsulphured ones before that's why they are browner rather than orange in colour. Free from colour preservatives.
The apricots are naturally sweet and are great on their own or mix with other dried fruits for a fruit salad. They work well chopped up in flapjacks and in Moroccan and Middle Eastern food you will find them in tagines, chopped up in rice and couscous dishes.
Storage Instructions:
Keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
