Organic capers in brine. These Capucine capers are small, tender and flavoursome. Organically sourced, and specially selected to make your recipes sing and your guests smile. Caperati prefer smaller, handpicked caper buds, ensuring maximum flavour and tenderness in every bit.

Capers are pickled buds and provide an intense salty flavour when used as a garnish or flavouring. They are particularly used in Southern Italian and Sicilian cooking and work well in salads, pizzas, pasta, vegetable and meat dishes, also works well with fish, including fish pies in fact pretty much everything that you want a pickled umami hit.
