Seggiano organic gluten-free artisan pasta, bronze drawn and slow dried red lentil tagliatelle pasta. High in protein. high in fibre.
This Seggiano Gluten free Organic Pasta is made with 100% legume flour and is delicious just with a drizzle of virgin olive oil or with a sauce. It also has a great colour! Cook time 4+ miinutes.
Cooking instructions: Bring a pan of water to the boil and add a pinch of salt. Simmer for four and a half minutes, stirring occasionally and checking until it is al dente, just soft enough to bite through. Drain and serve immediately.
Cooking pasta is an art rather than an exact science and depends on variables such as the volume of water and heat level used. Do keep trying to make sure it doesn't get too soft. Pasta will continue to soften just a little, even after drained.
