Steenbergs Organic Sri Lankan Curry Powder is Steenbergs version of a classic Anglo Ceylon curry flavour.  The Sri Lankans enjoy their curries hot, however at Steenbergs we've toned down the fire a little and increased the aromatic flavours. Steenbergs Organic Sri Lankan Masala is full of organic cinnamon , organic cloves and organic cardamom and some organic fennel .

As with all Steenbergs artisan spice blends this organic Sri Lankan curry mix has been created and blended at the Steenbergs spice factory in rural North Yorkshire, just north of the cathedral city of Ripon. Steenbergs specialises in organic and fairly traded spices.
