- Melt together the organic butter and golden syrup, then stir in the oats, sieved organic flour, organic sugar and organic cornflakes. Butter a baking tray that is roughly 23 x 32cm and spread the flapjack into this.
- Bake in a hot oven - 200oC - for 10 minutes. Cool in the tin, but cut the flapjack fingers when still warm.
