Ingredients
| 2 | small ciabatta loaves, sliced lengthways |
| 1 | ball of burrata cheese, drained and patted dry |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| a handful | tricolour tomatoes |
| 2 | garlic cloves, peeled and halved |
| a handful | fresh basil, torn |
| 1 tsp | Urfa chilli flakes |
| 1 tsp | traditional sea salt |
| 1 tsp | Aleppo chilli flakes |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160ºC and line a sheet of greaseproof paper onto a large baking tray.
- Drizzle olive oil onto the ciabatta slices and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
- In a separate pan add your olive oil and throw in the tricolour tomatoes. Cook over a medium heat and add your spices and garlic cloves. Cook until just blistered.
- When the slices have been toasted, spread over the burrata cheese and add the tomatoes. Garnish with fresh basil and extra sea salt and enjoy!
