Steenbergs Organic 's natural sea salt to taste | |
60g | organic sesame seeds |
3tbsp | vegetable oil |
1 | Ancho chile, veins and seeds removed |
1 | small white onion cut into thick slices |
1 | garlic clove |
4 | Serrano chiles (should not be too hot) |
4 | plum tomatoes |
2 - 4 slices French bread (e.g. baguette) about 2½ cm | thick |
1 | whole organic clove |
2 | organic black peppercorns |
1 | organic allpsice berry |
1 | organic bay leaf |
1/8tsp | dried organic marjoram |
1/8tsp | dried organic thyme |
