Ingredients
Tomato And Garlic Confit
| 200g | cherry tomatoes |
| a handful | peeled garlic cloves |
| 1 tsp | perfect salt |
| 1/2 tsp | traditional sea salt |
Spicy Garlic Confit
| 1 tsp | Aleppo chilli flakes |
| 1/2 tsp | cracked black pepper |
| a handful | peeled garlic cloves |
Golden Garlic Confit
| 1/4 tsp | ground turmeric |
| 1/2 tsp | traditional sea salt |
| a handful | peeled garlic cloves |
Method
- Place the peeled garlic cloves in an appropriately sized heatproof pot with a lid, add the seasonings and cover with olive oil.
- Place the lid on the pot and air fry for 25 mins at 180°C.
