2 | large handfuls of tightly packed fresh basil |
100g | unroasted walnuts or pine nuts |
2 | cloves of garlic, roughly chopped |
1/2 cup | extra-virgin olive oil |
1 pinch | sea salt and freshly ground pepper, plus more to taste (can use Steenbergs organic perfect salt blend instead) |
