Beetroot, Rose, Pomegranate Salad from Gourmet Glow. An Intense red salad full of our favourite flavours.
Ingredients
| 3 | Beetroots, Roasted and thinly sliced |
| 1 | beetroot, raw, grated |
| 3 tbsps | pomegranate seeds |
| 3 tbsps | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/2 tsp | Steenbergs Organic Rose Water |
| 1 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| to taste | Steenbergs organic perfect salt |
| 1 tbsp to garnish | organic rose petals |
Method
- Put the last 4 ingredients in a screw top jar and shake to emulsify.
- Pour 3 Tablespoons over the Roast Beetroot slices and mix.
- Add in the Grated Beetroot and Pomegranate Seeds and gently mix.
- Pour into a serving dish and garnish with Rose Petals.
