Ingredients
| 1 | savoy cabbage |
| a knob | of butter or plant based butter |
| a glug | olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | organic caraway seeds |
| to taste | Steenbergs organic Perfect Salt |
Method
- Cook the cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes - just to cook it through but still leaving a little crunch - then drain
- Melt butter and oil in a frying pan. Add caraway seeds and cook for 3 minutes
- Add the cabbage and toss in the melted oil and butter. Serve immediately with plenty of seeds - some will stay in the pan.
