Steenbergs loose leaf men's herbal tea is a blend of cinnamon, hawthorn berry, oatstraw, ginkgo, nettle and hawthorn tops.
Tea brewing: Into a warmed teapot, put 1 teaspoon of Steenbergs bloke's herbal tea per person. Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then pour over Bloke's Herbal tea. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Drink wihtout adding anything.
Storage: Keep it in a dry, cool place away from strong smells.
