Old Hamlet's Homebrew Elderflower Wine Kit in Calico Drawstring Bag. Old Hamlet's sparkling elder flower wine kit is a true taste of the past. Brew your own delicious non-alcoholic drink, based on authentic family recipes.
Old Hamlet's elderflower wine ingredients will make about 4.5 litres of refreshing non-alcoholic drink in 10 days.
Ingredients: Elderflower, Lemon Peel, Yeast.
Directions: Dissolve 750 g of sugar into 500 ml of warm water. Put this mixture into a large bowl and add 4 litres of cold water, the elder-flower heads and juice of one lemon. Stir well, sprinkle on the yeast, cover and leave to steep for 4 days in a warm room.
After these 4 days, strain thoroughly and pour into three 1.5 litre plastic screw top bottles, leaving a little room for expansion. Wait for another 6 days before starting to drink the elderflower wine.
Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
