Organic Tandoori Curry Mix is one of Britain's favourite types of Indian food. Traditionally cooked in a clay tandoor oven, which is used in India for baking flatbreads. Tandoori is a hot and spicy dish that's dry, which resulted in the creation of Tikka Masala, the quintessential Anglo-Indian curry. Steenbergs Organic Tandoori Masala is hotter than supermarket-bought mixes and does not have that red colour, as we use no colourings.
