Old Hamlet's mulling wine spices have been enjoyed by many thousands over the years.

Old Hamlet's mulling wine mix is a simple-to-use, family recipe and each sachet will flavour one bottle of red wine.

Hand-blended in the UK to Old Hamlet's original recipes from the 1970s, then lovingly packed into calico drawstring bags that are screen-printed and sewn in the UK.

Ingredients: Sugar, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cloves.
Sugar, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Clove: traded in compliance with Fairtrade standards.  Total 100%.  Visit www.info.fairtrade.net

Directions: Pour one 75cl bottle of red wine and a small glass of orange juice (optional) into a saucepan, then add the contents of one Mulled Wine sachet; or 1½ teaspoons per glass.  Heat gently, stirring occasionally.  Do not let boil, but serve hot.  For special occasions, add 1 tablespoon of brandy or liqueur and slices of fresh orange.
Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
