The leaves are full of green buds and liberal amounts of white tips. Brew it light and ease yourself into a delicate, delicious experience: sweet meadow grass and peachy flavours with tones of sweet almond and candied fruits.
How to make Happy Valley First Flush Darjeeling Tea - Put 1 teaspoon of Happy Valley First Flush Darjeeling Tea leaves per cup. bring fresh water to the boil, leave to cool slightly (15-30 seconds) and then pour over the Happy Valley tea leaves. Allow to brew for 3 - 5 minutes. Don't leave the tea leaves to stew!
