Zesty and fruity sauerkraut infused with juniper berries, lemon and a pinch of cracked black pepper.

Created in West Cork, Ireland, by Hayley Milthorpe who is a mother annutritionist passionate for fermented foods - the foods of our ancestors!

This product is Organic, gluten and dairy free, unpasteurised, live bacteria, Vegan.

Ingredients: white cabbage (98%)* , sea salt (2%), juniper berry <1%*, lemon <1%, black pepper <1%, Filtered water <1%
