There will be natural sedimentation in the bottle so shake well before use to maximize the goodness.
Suma organic vinegar has a delicate aroma and distinctive white wine flavour so can be used in dressings, vinaigrettes and marinades, as well as pickling vegetables.
Shake before use. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, store in the fridge.
