Rich Brownie Recipe
Brownies are very rich, dense and sweet so if you need a chocolate hit this will certainly fit the bill.
Ingredients
| 4 | medium eggs |
| 200g | butter |
| 500g | soft brown sugar |
| 6 Tablespoons | dark cocoa |
| 200g | self raising flour |
Method
- Soften butter
- Add all the ingredients together in a food mixer and mix slowly to start
- Transfer the mix into a lined tin
- Cook at 180'c for 20 minutes
- The top should have a hard shell, but still slightly wobbly when you put your hand on top and move
- Leave in tin till completely cold
- cut into pieces
- Serve with fresh cream, ice-cream, fruit or just eat as they are
- BEWARE, they are very moreish and will disappear FAST!
