4 | salmon fillets (or I used a tail end for serving 2 ) |
1 tsp | Indian Fish Rub |
Pinch | of Sea salt |
Glug of olive oil | |
lemon juice from half a lemon |

Recipe for 4
1. Heat oven to 180oC. Place your salmon on a generous piece of foil.
2. Mix the salt with the fish rub and sprinkle over the salmon to give a generous coating. Pour over some olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Make a parcel with the foil, sealing it to allow the vapours to flavour the fish and make it very succulent. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, checking to see if the fish is cooked and pale pink. The cooking time will vary depending upon the thickness of the fillet used.
Open the foil and smell the wonderful aromas and flavours.
Spicy prawn and avocado salad, super quick and very tasty.
