As we are lovers of avocado and prawns, but dislike much preparation of salads, piri piri seasoning adds a wonderful punch, to both taste and aesthetics.
Piri piri prawn and avocado salad Recipe
Spicy prawn and avocado salad, super quick and very tasty.
Ingredients
| 150g | raw King Prawns |
| 1 tsp | Steenbergs Organic Piri Piri Seasoning |
| 1/4 | cup white wine |
Method
- Mix the seasoning and wine together in a bowl. Add the prawns and marinade for a couple of hours
- Cook in a frying pan, with a little melted butter, or on the BBQ, for a couple of minutes until prawns are pink, and cooked throughout
- Serve with avocado, salad, rice or on a jacket potato
