2 | cloves garlic, finely sliced |
4 tsp | organic Cajun Ragin seasoning |
125 ml | olive oil |
90 ml | lemon juice |
1/2 | mozzarrella ball, copped into small pieces |
50g | gruyere grated |
penne pasta - enough to serve 4 |

Melt butter and garlic in a frying pan, or youcan do this in a microwave if careful.
Cook pasta according to packet instructions - usually add to hot salted water and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add Cajun Ragin. Remove and allow to cool having formed a paste. Add lemon juice and garlic butter.
When pasta is ready, return pan of Cajun Ragin sauce to the heat and add the cheeses. Allow cheese to melt before pouring over the pasta. Serve with salad for a delicious bowl of flavoursome pasta.
