1 tbsp dried (crushed) or 6 small | fresh whole organic chillies (chopped) |
8 | cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped |
1tbsp | organic black peppercorns, crushed |
1 bunch | fresh oregano, chopped roughly |
1tbsp | olive oil |
1tbsp | sunflower oil |
