This is a quick and easy recipe for a peanut stir fry, this version is with beef mince.
Ingredients
| 500g | beef mince |
| 100g | yellow thai paste |
| 50ml | soy sauce |
| 50g | peanut butter |
| 50g | ketjap manjis |
| 30g | honey |
| 15ml | avocado oil |
| Organic Rainbow Pepper Steenbergs | |
| Steenbergs Kala Namak - black salt | |
| Steenbergs Organic Crushed Chilli Flakes | |
| Steenbergs Organic Bay Leaves |
Method
serves 2 people
*replace beef mince with vegan mince and honey with maple syrup to make this recipe vegan*
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in the pan and brown the mince.
- Add the thai paste, soy sauce, peanut butter, ketjap manjis, honey, pepper, salt, chilli flakes, bay leaf and a splash of water.
- Mix well and leave to simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice, kimchi and fresh coriander!
