Steenbergs Arabian collection of spices in Jute details and description
A delicious collection of Arabian spices, including Za'atar and Sumach as featured in Ottolenghi - the Cookbook - written by the Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi. This London based restaurant draws on numerous culinary traditions from Persia to California, focusing particularly on the Mediterranean. The book was kind enough to mention us in regard to buying sumac and za’atar. All the spices and the pomegranate molasses, come in one of the Steenbergs jute tote bags.
