If you haven't come across Hodmedod's before they were founded in 2012 to supply beans and other products from British farms.
This smoked quinoa has been grown in Essex, UK, and has been locally smoked in a bespoke wood blend to develop a delicious rice or couscous alternative.
No need to rinse prior to cooking. Place 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water in a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low, place a lid on the pan and simmer until water is fully absorbed.
