Steenbergs blend of Organic Mixed Herbs comes from Axel Steenberg's mother - a mix of organic herbs like thyme together with the savoury flavours of organic sage and oregano, the hay-meadow aroma of parsley, then freshened and enlivened with the inclusion of spearmint leaves.
Steenbergs Organic Mixed Herb Blend is especially good for winter stews (especially beef and lamb) and to add depth to burgers, minces and meatloaf. Blended by Steenbergs Organic at our spice factory in North Yorkshire to a recipe from Brigitta Steenberg (Axel's mother): organic thyme, organic sage, organic oregano, organic spearmint and organic marjoram.
