Cheesy Crumpet Garlic Bread
Perfect for a chilly winter's day! Many thanks to Nikibakes for the yummy recipe.
Method
- Melt the garlic, butter & salt in a pan and add the parsley and spices.
- Top the crumpets with the garlic butter.
- Top the crumpets with a little mozzarella, then sandwich with the remaining crumpets and give a final layer on top.
- Air-fry or bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and dig in!
